Shipping Policy at Truck Part Superstore

We're dedicated to ensuring your shopping experience with us is smooth and transparent, especially when it comes to shipping your orders.

Free Shipping

  • General Policy: Most orders at Truck Part Superstore enjoy free Economy Ground shipping. We strive to keep shipping simple and straightforward for you.
  • Special Circumstances: For orders over 150lbs, oversized dimensions, or those heading to remote areas (like Yukon, NWT, Nunavut, and the Maritimes), additional fees may apply due to special freight requirements. 
  • Informed Choices: If you're ordering an oversized item or shipping to a remote area, our product pages and checkout process will let you know in most cases. 
  • Cancellation Policy: Should you choose to cancel an order with pre-informed freight charges, a nominal 5% fee will be applied to cover transaction and administrative costs.
  • Delivery Recommendations: We suggest having your package delivered to a location where someone is present to receive it during business hours. Carriers may leave packages unattended. If this is a concern for you, we recommend choosing Navidium Shipping Protection at checkout.

Navidium Shipping Protection: Get peace of mind with Navidium’s Delivery Guarantee in the event your delivery is damaged, stolen, or lost during transit. Claims for damage or theft must be made within 48hrs of delivery. Claims for loss can be made if there is no movement after 5 business days on tracking and carrier package trace affirms item is lost. By Deselecting Shipping Protection at checkout, we will not be liable for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Truck Part Superstore reserves the right to deny claims when provided an incorrect address or when courier POD proves damage did not occur in their possession.

Special Orders and Backorders: Free shipping does not cover inbound freight for special orders. Out-of-stock items are placed on standard backorder by default and will arrive with our next stock shipment from the manufacturer. Inbound freight is an optional cost which we are happy to quote for you should you wish to expedite.

PO Box Addresses

  • Delivery Restrictions: Our products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. Entering a P.O. Box may delay your order, and any courier address correction fees will be passed on to you.
  • Alternative Solutions: If you only have a P.O. Box, we can explore other delivery options like shipping to a nearby courier station. Please contact us for personalized assistance.

Order Processing

  • Efficient System: Our system automatically processes your orders, ensuring in-stock items are shipped promptly based on the lead time indicated on the product page. For backordered items, we add them to our purchase orders by manufacturer, shipping them out as soon as they arrive.

Core Charges

  • Applicable Items: For items with core charges, this will be added to your order. Follow the manufacturer’s instructions for core return, and we'll credit you once it's processed. For updates on core credits, please contact the manufacturer directly.

Estimated Lead Times & Shipping Dates

  • Best Effort Estimates: We provide estimated lead times for in-stock items, but please note these are not guarantees. Factors like courier service variations, inventory transfers, and staffing can affect shipping times. The same applies to backordered items, where we depend on manufacturer information and their shipping schedules.
